Super Hero Squad, Marvel Spider-Man Adventures or Marvel Super Hero Adventures. I have two daughters: a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old and they own a few of each. My eldest is more into them than my youngest, but they both still have fun with the toys.

The Adventures series feature more articulation than SHS, but that means they are slightly easier to break/damage. There's also vehicles and playsets for both (some of which you may need to hit up Ebay or Amazon to find).
