I know who Flash is. That said, even Flash should know it is fucking weird that Petey all of a sudden can lift him off the ground. That could have been adapted much better. Basically, how is it that no one notices a kid who can randomly do all that stuff right around the time that a "vigilante" starts doing the same thing in their city?

It's a comic book world............the collective intelligence doesn't connect the dots lol
