I have a wii, DS, and 3DS, and I can't speak for other versions.
But on Wii, as of Lego Pirates the games freeze if there's too much happening on screen.
The opening part of the last level of Pirates, it will freeze if you blast too many plants at once.
Harry Potter two, it actually freees in three places: the level where the Weezley's property is on fire, and in two separate places in "Snape's Tears" level. Just after you free the troll and run out onto the platform, then again later in the area where you're using catapult against the second troll.
I also seem to recall that Lego Clone Wars freezes too, though not as badly as the other two.

Doesn't surprise me that Batman 2 freezes. The problem seems to be getting worse. So best advice is to be cautious when you see a *lot* happening at once.

I'm glad to see I'm not alone. I was growing afraid that my wii was damaged.

Also, for anyone who's a really big fan of TT's Lego games... the handheld versions are different games than the consol version. I've bot Clone Wars and Pirates for both 3DS,a nd Wii and they're very different games from one another. I don't know if the DS versions are different from the 3DS. So anyone who loves Lego Batman 2, it may be worth your while to pick up the DS/3DS version too!
