I'm not sure what you mean, if his arm was already snapped, shouldn't you have been able to notice that damage before it was opened? In any case, you can try to have the LCS refund your dough, but they might take a hit because these figures are back-ordered for them and requesting a credit for it on their end might be impossible. Anyway, I'm sorry your figure was broken, that seems to be extremely common with both Croc and Freeze.
