Punisher Van would be cool. The only Figure that needs a motorcycle is Ghost Rider as far as I am concerned HOWEVER, if they feel they must...I'd vote for Capt. America's moto, then Blade, then Team America (they all had motorcycles)!
As for other vehicles. I'd love a build a vehicle "Ship" from the old X-factor days. But that will never happen so I'd vote for that UFO Fantomex. Honestly there aren't many great Marvel vehicles out there. I mean GR has a cycle and a few others but there is very little in the of cool vehicles. Perhaps the Avengers Quinjet or that Hovercycle thing that Hawkeye drove. I think Deathlok had a similar vehicle and so did that future Peace Offcie dude from back in the 80's Fantastic Four (I forgot his name). I would leave off Iron Man and Spidey vehicles and let them be done in their respective line (although Spidey vehicles have always been ultra lame). Come to think of it, there will undoubtedly be a Captain America line (yeah!) and an Avengers line to coincide with their movies as well so you can push that out.
With so many great characters I think Marvel would be better off fore-going vehicles and create multi-figure playset packs ala the GI Joe 7 packs (Defense of Cobra Island for example). They could easily create a Dark Avengers set, Avengers set, Young Avengers, X-Men, FF, etc. and could even get interesting and create a bunch of clamored for Fanboy sets like the Marauders, New Warriors, Horsemen of Apocalypse, House of M, an all Skrull headed version set, Marvel Zombies, X-Force, etc.
*sigh* Now I am stoked for figures that aren't coming.
