And when the SDCC Exclusives do get posted the entire customer service department will go into a day long meeting so they don't have to answer phone calls about why I can't get threw check out with the items I've had in my cart for 2 hrs. They should at least stay in the office and take phone orders from people who can't complete check out. It's gonna get nasty. I don't even know if it's worth it any more.
