Those are part of the 2012 sub. Those aren't at issue here. We're talking about the 2013 sub. "The schedule to date includes Saint Walker (January), Phantom Stranger (February), Elongated Man (March), Larfleeze (April), and Wally West (May). All names and release dates are subject to change." Those are the ones that may (or now it's sounding like may not) be available day-of for non-subscribers. Then there's also the club-exclusive Monsieur Mallah and Brain.

Nothing Batman. That's going to be at retail under the Batman Unlimited line.

You may be able to get Black Mask and Ivy on the day-of sale, but buying a subscription now will not get you those.
