For this Spec Ops, you can do the 25 objectives OR 5-star the 3 missions to unlock Emma. Personally I'm going the objective route and will 5-star them later just to get the cp and gold bars

I'm pretty sure you cannot skip objectives and still have them count. I found out the hard way after beating Blob (5th objective) before I was done with the 3th objective. Had to go back and beat him again.

I think it's just coincidence that 3 females in a row have been released. Before Scarlet Witch we got Black Panther. We know Beast and Gambit are coming from SDCC previews.
