I don't know what he was doing. I figured he was a scalper checking eBay prices or something. I don't know if he was looking for something else and was coming back to them, but I wasn't taking any chances. I was waiting for a confrontation. If I hadn't been with my 2 month old daughter I probably would have stuck around long enough to see what he was doing. I went back into the store about 20 minutes later since I didn't get to check out the other figures. The packs were back on the pegs. I saw the guy still lingering around. I found a ML BT Spiderman though. So I'm glad I went back in.
