If you are still trying to figure out which cable to go with consider this, if you want him to have that MvC/x-men strike team look then go with the second one, but if you are going for that 90's x-men tas/ 90's x-force look, then go with the first one. I had made mine out of a MU Cable and made it a cross between the 90's x-men cartoon and his look in X-FORCE#1 comic and I think it looks good. Check out my thread WM23Customs. Peace out.
