Hey gang, back from a bit of an absence, my internet was down, aaarghh!

Tonight I present a commissioned piece for a great Arker: kenm2474!

Ken requested a Barda that was taller than the factory release, and I agreed Barda should be much taller than any other DC femme, including WonderWoman.

Keeping proportions was the name of the game, so I had to not only add height, but I had to lengthen the arms, legs, and torso accordingly.

I chose the most logical points on the figure to add length, keeping all the original articulation.

The last pic shows the sculpting/lengthening phase with size comparisons to Batman and Supergirl to show how much taller Barda grew. The bits in white are where the height/length were added. Scale armor has to be one of the hardest things to sculpt!

Painted in acrylics, urethanes, and a bit of lacquers, and sealed for a rub free life fighting Granny Goodness and the female Furies!

Here's the picture show! Please note I am not using my usual camera and I could find that sweet setting on this one, I'm not fully satisfied with the pic quality. I also incuded a pic with the flash so you can see the depth of the sheen on her armor.

Enjoy!
