I have no idea. Just read someone that posted that. I don't have her myself. I realize that they counter attack but you'd have to be attacked first. Maybe just got lucky.

I've gotten Power of Four from SW AND it's also been given to the enemy (which kills you or him after their turn). The weapon is called Power of Four And it's from War Machine's Premium mission I believe
