Some place I've been to offer only 10, other places have no goddamn kb limitations, so pages take forever to load due to jackasses having up to five youtube videos for a sig that're all on autoplay.

I know the reason in theory but in this day and age anyone with a crappy computer or lame duck internet is bringing it on themselves. At least 90% of the people visiting this site have no problems with things loading and our threads have tons of pictures. It just doesn't make any sense as long as they aren't taking up tons of real estate.

Wave 19 has shown up a little in a few port cities? That is hardly any force. We also saw wave 21 in Asia long before anything else. Does that mean that waves 18, 19, and 20 will be the most rare toys ever made? No. I remember people complaining about wave 17 and finding Psylocke. It took an extra month or two for them to show up here but I can still find half a dozen of each at TRU.
