My idea:
heat up his head witha blow dryer to make the plastic head mailable. Use a need or something metal and small to creative a scar. When the needle and plastic are both heated the head should be easy to scar. I'm thinkin about two scars for my own touch. An eye scar and the cheek scar.
After scar. Let the head sit and cool. Paint scar (duh) and hair (duh)
Swap heads, done.
Sound like a at least half brained scheme?

i know right? wish they had a new mold for the next figure even tho, it looks pretty good already but id prefer a better mold.
