Did they check the top stock above the pegs? They usually have banners on them an swing back so the stock is hidden. I always put that stuff on the pegs for someone to find and stick the doubles back up top. I'm sure one day an employee will yell at me.

The top shelves here are way too high for anyone to reach them without a ladder.
I know mine has a light up base Black Widow in one of those boxes.
