That sucks, dude. Mine didn't have that problem at all. But hey, I'll take tight joints over completely broken any day of the week. I had to buy a DC all-stars New 52 Supes all over again because the first one had a busted joint in the stomach crunch and a left arm that wouldn't stay on. The new one I bought was perfect. Sometimes there's just that one that slipped past QA inspection....assuming there is 100% inspection to begin with, which is unlikely given the sheer volume they crank figures out.
