Much love to whoever linked that loose Punisher- I snagged it and he'll become a great SHIELD agent body!
Just take off his removable parts, move the gun holster to his chest, add some straps, remove the skull...and of course, add some Joe head!

Depends on the writer- Havok kicked ass in War of Kings- but he's really a much better character with the Starjammers than on Earth.
