I've wanted to make Tempest forever. He's always been one of my favorite DC characters. He can do everything Aquaman can and more. Dimensional travel, water manipulation, can control the temperature of water, purple eye beams, and more stuff I can't remember. I was going to include at least a water base from the Young Justice Aqualad with him, but I forgot to pick one up the other day.

The body took a while thanks to me trying to be a perfectionist. lol I used multiple pictures trying to get the black lines as accurate as I could, but like most characters, his lines all looked different depending on who the artist was. So, I settled for trying to match this picture instead.
