Well I think the odds are in favor of the line. The 6" line has gone on for a long time now because it sells well. 3.75" is the "in" thing now. They're basically moving that series to the more popular scale.
The thing about this line, Wolverine, and Iron Man are that they are more for kids. I mean you can tell in this line thanks to all of the gimmicks like light-up eyes and battle armor. This is all stuff made up for toys. Even Doc Ock isn't a version from the comic books.
Articulation is at least better than the Iron Man line. Pretty much none of the Iron Man line have elbow or knee articulation.
