In your position, I would immediately sign up for a Discover card which is worth 400 gold (or was not too long ago when I did it). The gold is applied to your account as soon as your account is confirmed (which is about instantly).

Netflix is another option. Just be sure to cancel your subscription before the free trial month is over. I did this offer as well and it was worth 100+ gold at the time.

There is no way you'll make it in time just beating bosses and hoping for cp to drop.
