Lockdown came out in July 2008. Blazing Lockdown came out in December of 2008, as did Swindle. A case could be made for the last two, since they were supposed to be released in January 2009.

The Takara version was released in March 2009. The US version won't be out until next year (probably October or November), when I'm sure it will make the list again (only as the US version, similar to MP Skywarp).
