Congrats on all those finding the latest and greatest. Wish I could say the same, but all the stores in my area are stuck in one of two gears when it comes to MU:
1. Clearanced what they had and currently have none on the pegs (not even shelf tags to mark where they would be if they did.
2. Stopped at either Gladiator wave or Apoc revision wave, with nothing new since (not even the Pyslocke wave).

You really can't compare the distribution for different countries. Imagine how different stores order the same product at different times. Well at one point, Hasbro's shipping out Case A that has wave X in it. Then they start shipping out Case B, which has Revision 1 of wave X. Then a little while later, they start shipping Case C with wave Y in it.
Then along comes another store chain that orders some. The last time this chain ordered, it was during Case A production. Now that they sold through enough of their stock, they order more. But by now Hasbro is shipping Case E with Revision 1 wave Z in it. Suddenly, the store looks like it skipped a wave.
Now imagine that expanded to a national level with completely different supply routes from those in the US. At least in the US, we can blame the POS ordering system for screwing with release dates and availability here.
