Every story just kept going and going and going. What happened to the days when you could pick up a comic and just read a nice well written stand alone story that you did not have to read the previous issue nor the next issue just to enjoy? I don't mind a nice multipart story every now and then, but when it is every issue it gets annoying. What about telling the story through multiple issues over a period of time?
Are you seriously telling me Snyder's Batman did nothing for you? It's the best book in the New 52. The recent issue #13 is among the best single issues of a comics I've read this year. Agree with Aquaman, though. Never thought I'd be looking forward to reading Aquaman over an Avengers or X-Men title but the stories have been that good. I also am enjoying Wonder Woman but am close to dropping GL and Action Comics since nothing of interest to me is happening in either.
That said, I would really welcome a New 52 Aquaman in this line....ah the hell with it, might as well complete the New 52 JL even though the book is AvX quality IMO.
Although that Savage Hawkman figure looks awesome to me. I want some versus pics of him next to my SDCC Uncanny X-Force Archangel!
Edit: I apologize for being a newb to DC figures....just realized this is the collector's club line and not the retail one.
