DR (I'm guessing gave you no joy) and Matty is doing likewise, so carry on above them. Try and contact Mattel's head office. Very calmly and precisely explain what happened and ask for a refund. Don't go all postal on them, you'll only be givening them an excuse to label you as a angry crank. They're the ones in the wrong, keep it that that. And good luck getting your money back
