Honestly they seem about equal in poseability. One has what the other is lacking.

MU has the two classic versions.
Cap's line had the modern(MI-13) one and the ultimate one.
The only drawback to their modern one was that it had a skull cap, that costume (the heavy blue one) normally doesn't. I'm a fan of the skull caps though, so that's fine with me.
