With the way the joints work in the Iron man revoltech figures I don't think stuck joints will be a problem. The problem, or rather the complaint I have after recently purchasing these figures, is that while they have nice paint apps and are plenty articulated, they feel very flimsy to your point about preferring a harder plastic.

It's a real bitch just to get these figures to stand in a basic normal standing posture at times. They're great for dynamic poses especially with flight stands. But I'm very close to selling all mine and just using the money from all four towards a Hot toys iron Man.
