Yesterday I received a package like every time I bought some figures. When I opened it, the first figure I take was Kratos, and when I open the cardboard tape I saw the first big mistake: where's the second blade?? I though, "not matter, surely it will be loose inside the box"... but my fears come true in two different ways. When I opened the kratos box... there's only ONE blade!! and the arm fell off, it was broken on the piece that bound him to the shoulder...

The other figure inside my order was Snake Jungle Fatigues play arts kai, in perfect condition... But Kratos was a disappointing surprise. The arm well... I can fix it with putty and a few holes, but... the blade?!? where's the blade?!? I can't clone another one with putty...

Same exact breakage on my Arkham Batman. Very hard to repair, if even possible.
