So I stopped by Walmart this morning to get some real life odds/ends and I would've bought an 8 pack if they had one with Mandarin in it, but they were all out of the Marvel 8 packs. There were about 10 Star Wars 8 packs left, but I'm more of a VC Star Wars guy, so skipped those. They did have a freshly stocked MU W19 though, so I grabbed the Witch, but then over in the Avengers toy section there's a lone Mandarin just sitting front and center. The back of the card had some shreds so either someone was going to steal him yesterday and backed down, leaving Mandarin in some random spot across the store, or there was a mangled pack left that the employees broke out and placed on the shelf. Either way, I'm a happy guy... $6 Mandarin instead of having to spend $25 on and 8 pack (which I would've done and thrown the others in the Tots bin). And a couple of Santa cars and a DVD.
