This chapter clears up the identity of Marinemaster, who as his design suggests, is the Generation 2 Autobot Manta Ray. Tankmaster is a bit harder to divine from the story chapter - the Allspark has it on good authority though that he is a new incarnation of Simon Furman's character Grindcore, from the IDW Revelations miniseries.
