It's an ardurous task, but well worth it if you have patience and camera that can hold a lot of pictures.
Sounds promising. If you want to do crossover stuff like capcom nods, I know the anniversary bandai Rockman 8/X Megaman Model kits are in scale to MU and poseable enough for stop motion. There are Dead or Alive figures too of some of the girls, but the rotation cuts are all a pain for animation.
I do have some quick questions though.
Have you thought about frame rate yet?
Compiling(program to combine the pictures and the timing to individual camera cuts) straight from the camera or composite shots (blue screen and layerying the shot like actor on blue set, set by it self, and then combining them for various power effects) or bits of both?
Post editing apps?
Sound editing apps?
Silent or Voice acted or gibberish with subs?
Sorry, I'm just curious, cause the process to the end result sometimes is as much a story as the end result itself. =D
