You really can't say that for certain. I grew up with the show as well (although it was the first round of re-runs for me), but that only tells me of the tone of the show (i.e. full of 60's camp and surrealism). It doesn't automatically mean the figures will follow that same theme.
But based on what Edge2K posted above, the line will be Movie Masters-style. So it looks like they will be faithful to the show and the actor likenesses. I personally hope this is the case, per my wish list earlier in the thread.
Btw, just want to point out that there have been several "comedic" figures released in DCUC. Most people call them the Super Friends.

I wouldn't call it a Batman TV Series line if all they end up doing is just matching the costumes in DCUC. At that point, they might as well just be doing Golden Age figures. For me, they need to have the actor likenesses (including body types) to pull off a true TV series-based line.
