FOC Shockwave. I don't care that he's too small next to just about any other Generations figure. On his own, he's awesome.

Hopefully, he'll get the voyager treatment like Soundwave at some point.

Awesome toy for its day. I was lucky enough to get a complete one in excellent condition off Ebay for a decent price. And all the electronics still work, to boot.
