I know Mezco did exactly this for their Cinema of Fear line. They had made 6" figures of Freddy, Jason and Leatherface only to release them later as 3 3/4 figures that were exactly the same sculpt as the bigger ones.
I can't help but think there's something like that going on. I've noticed far too many similarities between some of the new ML figures and the MU figures. Who knows. Back to the topic at hand...I keep coming back to look at the Luke, I can't believe they're actually making a 6 inch line. I'm not holding my breath but if they ever dedicate a wave to just KOTOR figures Hasbro may be getting the deed to my house.
