I actually just snagged a Joker and Batman for $7.98 including shipping from ebay, there's a Chinese seller (happyeverydaysales) that has quite a few figures up for rather cheap if you're still looking.
I've got a some DCIH figures from when I first started collecting 3 3/4" figures, but the articulation kinda put me off on them at first. I've got a bit of a renewed interest in them though, I don't do much "playing" with my figures any more and mostly just kinda keep them on a shelf so the articulation doesn't bother me as much as it did at first.
I've got a bit more room with my new shelves so I guess I'll just start plugging away at these, I need to balance out the the DC guys with my Marvel ones.
Here's a pic of what I'm working with shelf wise for my 3 3/4" figures. If I did the math right, based on the size of the figure stands from SmallJoes.com, I should be able to fit about 140 figures per shelf. That doesn't account for oversized figures like the Hulks, Apocalypse, and The Goblin King from the Hobbit who all have a larger footprint than a normal sized figure.
