It would have to priced way to high. Kids won't buy them and customizers are few and far between. Look on the boards, there is a small handful that can paint even half way decent and Hasbro doesn't sell paint either. I think a good example is DC Direct but even their non-do it yourself figures are ranging at $30 for a 2 pack of 3.75 figures. I personally am willing to shell out this kind of $ for my plastic crack addiction but not everyone is willing or capable to do so.
