Why don't they just say they are going to only offer the figures as a subscription and not have them on sale without one? The GI Joe CC did it with their own GI Joe subscription. Hell, I'm also surprised Mattel does not force you to buy a $50 membership first before you can order a subscription from Matty like the CC does.
