Problem is that the BoP has been shown at different sizes. I don't know if it was intentional or not.

Going buy that chart the F-Toys Grissom is about in scale with the DST D and E, which I think should be correct. For some reason when you look it up the ship is supposed to have more decks than it could have possibly fit for that size. Sadly Star Trek just has scale issues with a lot of the minor ships. I'm guessing it wasn't in the budget to make everything work out well.
