Well the good news is Hasbro MIGHT do an articulated 3.75" line or they will just keep making more Iron Man 3 legends figures. The news isn't TOO clear but they know people dislike the lower articulation.

How it talks about the IM Legends and movie line as separate things... that sounds like articulated 3.75" figures.
