Yup that's what I thought too. I wasn't too jazzed when they showed pics of this cap but after having him in hand for $7 from the chinese seller, its great. Still not a fan of the flared boots but I've learned to accept it.

It's a revision because it has the same assortment number on the box, but the contents of the case itself have changed. Sometimes that means that the ratio is altered to allow for new figures to be added to the case. Other times it simply means altering the case ratio. For example, instead of 5 of comic pack A and 3 of comic pack B in a case of 8, the revision could have 4 of A and 4 of B.
