Hello everyone

I just recently started collecting action figures and wanted to know if anyone got some good advice on how to best start my collection.
I mainly try to get my hands on figures from comics, cartoons or videogames that I know from my childhood. I love the nostalgia of the good old 70's and 80's and want to go into that direction.
If anyone has any good advice on how to proceed best, I'd be glad to hear it^^
