Second, all figures at retail will be distributed equally. Now that doesn't stop people from buying your favorite figure but it does control how many Thors and Iron Mans are out there.

True as a kid I did not know this(case assortment) and I always hated that I could not buy the toy I wanted but they were a bunch of stupid batman and spiderman. I like the idea of 1 of each fig per case less shelfwarmers or they can use common sense and see which figure people really want, they can just visit forums for free.
