The batwinged creature is a bad guy from Gamera called Gyaos

Gamera and Gyaos are from the First movie (Gamera: Guardian of the universe) of the gamera trilogy during the revival in the 90s (but were around long before that, just these designs specificly allude to that movie). Baragon is a random Kaiju (japanese monster) from Godzilla and Gamera stuff. Japan tends to reuse monster suits when they can, to save on cost.
