Check out mattycollector.com to sign up if you're interested. Basically, you sign up for the 2014 subscription by August 19th, 2013 and you will get one figure every month in the year 2014 plus quarterly variants/oversized figures, an exclusive yearly figure, and you'll get early access to certain products before the general public. I'm a huge Masters of the Universe fan and have subscribed since the beginning and I love it. In the past years, the subscriptions at times were a mix of popular characters and obscure characters, but the next two years are designed to complete the line thus far and therefore will be filled with popular "A" list figures going forward. I would highly recommend getting a subscription. I think these are the best figures on the market hands down.
Big Lots is the only current retail outlet to find these at and only because they purchased some inventory in bulk from Mattel, which is why the figs are so heavily discounted. For a new collector it would be a windfall to find so many figure from past year's subscriptions for only $10 a pop. If you love Masters of the Universe and its extending universe, get thee to Big Lots!
