Any bad experience shopping at Hobby Search?

I recently purchased two action figures from Hobby Search (a saint cloth ex Aries and a robot spirits sandrock gundam from the gundam wing series). When I opened the shipping box I was shocked to see both items damaged. Long story short the box of the sandrock gundam was badly crushed; and there was a very visible tear on the box of the saint cloth myth ex Aries (and I later found out that, after opening the item, it had been opened before based on the presence of several double tapes)
The shipping box was never opened so it was not the customs. I contacted Hobby Search and was asked to provide photos (which I did). They were reluctant to admit that it was their fault throughout the entire process (how on earth could the items be in such bad shape!? I'm a collector and always handle my stuff with extra care). At the end of this lengthy back-and-forth emailing (took about a month), they said they would offer me some HS points (~1700) as a compensation. The problem I have with this, is that the items were in such bad shape they should had issued a return for me instead. Their emails were always "professional" (start with "sorry about our late reply" "thank you for your patience" blah blah blah) but their attitude was complete sh!t. Never, in any of the email they sent me, did they admit that they screwed up and shipped their customer some beat up goods that should never had left their facility (in fact, in the very first email they told me I should be aware of that they would NEVER ship something that damaged to their customers, insinuating that they were NOT responsible for ANYTHING).
So there's my rant. Now my questions is has anybody ever had bad experience dealing with these guys? Frankly, for me, they screwed up one time too many and I will NEVER shop there again. But I would like to hear your experience (especially if you had difficult experience dealing with Hobby Search). It's hard for me to imagine that I'm the only one who's so lucky!!
