After seeing the Negative Zone Spidey costume in one of the video games I wanted to take a shot at making it. The Ultimate Spider Man figure I found was a perfect base for him. This had to have been been one of the most aggravating paint jobs I have ever done. What ever plastic the USM figures are made of DO NOT want to take paint at all. This figure was washed, sanded and even washed in acetone and paint still was having a rough tie holding to this figure. I worked on this guy on and off for about a week and I finally got the paint to stick.

I use craft wire to make his webbing. It is a braided twist of two bendable strands. THe stranded were knotted and bound in various locations to make it a random authentic Spidey webline look. Along with the web I also drilled out his feet and added small super magnets to make him to stick to numerous metal surfaces.

As always thanks for looking,
Shinobi
