I had a situation with jimster myself when wave 10 started hitting. I live in Canada and had no access to them, so he agreed to look out for a set for me, and in exchange, I picked him up a Gentleman Ghost, Hawkgirl, and Robot Mantis from an LCS.

Time went by and he was having no luck, and I asked him if I found someone else to hook me up with wave 10 if he'd give me the cash for the three wave 8 figs. He said no problem. I then found someone who could get me the figs. I told jimster and he said he'd have the money in a couple of weeks. That time shows up, no money and a promise that he would have the money in a week at his next pay. This was end of October, he was going to get back to me November 5th.

When that week was up, I began PM'ing him about my cash. I explained that I couldn't return the figs I got for him as the LCS would only exchange them or give store credit. I also explained that I had spent my wave 10 money on his figs and had a guy who had already bought me a set waiting for payment, which I didn't have cause jimster wouldn't give it back to me.

I never heard back from him.

Ever.

Despite numerous PMs, he never even had the courtesy to reply to me. Not once. I ended up having to sell part of my collection to come up with the cash he wouldn't give me back.
