by Disney, though. Disney signs contracts with various manufacturing companies to make products based on their IPs, including Hasbro (Marvel)
and
Mattel (Cars/Planes).

Even if DCUC does go completely dead, it does not automatically mean that this thread will follow suit. We have all kinds of threads devoted to dead lines and properties. Arkers like yourself are the only ones who determine whether this thread lives or dies.

to want them. All he was saying is that Mattel does not have to make any DC toys just because somebody wants them made. Hasbro doesn't have to make Marvel, Transformers or G.I.Joe toys. Same goes for NECA, McFarlane, Playmates, Jazwares, and so on.
And to answer your question, yes I would be very upset if Hasbro stopped making Transformers. But I won't demand that Hasbro keep making them just because I want them.
