Yes, I know the story. It's a nice tribute to him. Regardless, it's not a character in the movie so I will consider it a "generic marine" that was part of the squadrom, which we didn't see on camera in the film.

I still think it would be a shame if he's the last marine we get though. We need a few more of the prominent ones from the film like Vasquez or Apone.
