today I bought the $15 set at Wal-Mart

The build was good, it wasn't painful, most of the pieces were clean (no tree sprue remains) except a few tiny pieces, but easy to fix. The pieces stay together. The treads are real rubber, but they put stress on the end wheels, and I was afraid to make it roll due to possible snapping of the axels. I wish they would have made a metal rod that goes thru the tank to support the stretch-stress, much like the original TYCO blocks had. But, stationary, it looks nice, but small.
I recommend this set.

Also, got the new TIME FORCE Megazord...wait..."Gosei Ultimate"? Is that Japanese for TIME FORCE?
