I have recently decided to get out of the Legends and focus on my Marvel Universe collection. There are some characters that I would like to fill the void left by Hasbro , ie... Fantomex, Deathlock, Dr. Octopuss, Pyro, Savage Surfer, Scorpion, etc...

My question is how does one find a good custom builder and how much does one expect to pay?
Any help and or experience in this matter would be appreciated.
